A single grey granite obelisk with a rectangular and fluted base mounted on three stone steps. Polished darker granite plaques are attached to each of the four sides on which are recorded the names of veterans who served in the First World War and the inscription. A bronze replica of the Australian Military Forces badge is affixed above the inscription plaque. Four additional plaques have been added to the sloping sides of the base and the names of veterans who served in the Second World War and Vietnam have been inscribed.
